(To begin, I am working on an overhaul of my site which has been neglected for almost two years. A lot of it looks like rubbish!)

I am likely pretty stupid but, for the life of me, I can’t sort whether or not this is possible. I also may be posting this in the wrong place… (Printful may be the better avenue?)

I am using the WooCommerce plugin and integrating it with Printful (via the requisite plugin).

In the example link attached, I have two separate products, both of which feature the same image. Same drawing, two different products.

Is there a way through WooCommerce to combine ALL products using the same drawing into a single clickable item, which then takes customers to the different individual variable item listings as seen in the link?

Kind of like a “here’s the Happy Face drawing, click on it to see all available products, and there’s the Sad Face drawing, click on it to see all available products” or is that something that would need to be done separately from WooCommerce?

Basically, on the main WooCommerce shop screen, I am looking to avoid having 5-6 different products all featuring the same illustration, because I want to offer it on more than one variable product.

    Sorry for being obtuse.

Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Hi there! ??

It sounds like what you need is to create are variable products. This lets you create specific products that have multiple variations, for example, different colors, sizes, prices, textures, and others, etc. When you create them, you will apply attributes, terms, and variations to your products and add specific images for each variation.

Here is a link to our documentation on how to do that: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/

    I hope this helps ??

@gabrielfuentes – thanks for your response.

Sadly, that’s not entirely what I’m looking for, although I admit I may have explained it poorly.

I do already have variable products, as I import them over from Printful. But these are variations of the same product (say, a t-shirt where the variations are in size and color).

In my shop link, I have three different variable products which feature the same illustration. It appears that, by default, WooCommerce displays them as completely separate items.

But what I am looking for is a way to create a unified listing to start from for a single design, which is available on a myriad of products (t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.)– even if that unified listing THEN takes the customer to a page of each individual variable product as seen on the link above.

Like, a clickable icon or item in the shop page for SD Gelgoog Jager, that then takes the customer to a page that looks like what my shop page is now. Then rinse and repeat for each of my individual designs/illustrations I may make available.

Hi @aspleniastudios. Sorry that we missed your response. You may be able to use a plugin such as Product Recommendations to create recommendation blocks from other Categories when a customer is viewing products from a specific Category. It’s not quite the solution you’re looking for but may be a workaround.

    Hi @aspleniastudios

    Did you find a solution?

    TIA
