Combining Fields – WPForms

    Hi,

    Season’s greetings.

    I would like to get the functionality when using WPForms to output calculated or multiple value forms to osTicket.

    I can do the WPForms side, utilising hidden fields to contain the desired output. When I process the form, with the entry, and any notification, the desired output is there. However, on the osTicket submission, it is still utilising the holding value of the hidden fields.

    I’m guessing this is because the activity I am doing is coming after your code within WPForms.

    Are you able to tell me which hook you are utilising in WPForms, which will help me identify where I need to hook in?

    Season’s greetings too!

    We used wp_mail hook. This information is in the first sentence of the plugin description:

    Only contact forms, which send emails, are supported as our plugin hooks the wp_mail function to get the forms’ data.
