combine shipping rates by weight and refrigerated product rate

Good morning, I would like to know if the extension allows you to create/configure the following scenario:

1. Certain items (like cheese) require refrigerated shipping.

2. When such item is added to cart, an additional refrigerated shipping fee may apply.

3. Shipping costs should be based on the total weight of the cart.

4. If a cold item is included, the combined shipping cost must include the weight of all items plus the additional refrigeration fee.

For example, if the shipping cost is 100 based on weight alone, adding cheese would show the total shipping cost (including the weight of the cheese) plus the refrigeration fee.

That is, a shipping cost based on weight must be combined with an extra shipping cost for products associated with the refrigerated class.
