Combine Js Plus home page is corrupted

Hi Emre,
First of all thanks for a great plugin.
I don’t mean to duplicate support requests but I found it difficult to understand the previous request and thought a clearer description may be helpful to you and others.
I have just upgraded to pro but there is a problem if i enable;
Combine Js Plus
Once enabled if I log out of the admin and then view my site the home page image disappears and some of the link images also disappear.
The other pages seem to be working fine.
If I remain logged in to my admin and view the site it works normally.
Ive tried clearing the caches but it doesn’t make any difference.
With Combine Js Plus disabled everything works fine.
Im using Enfold template.
