You can combine feeds using the paid RSS extension https://www.metaphorcreations.com/downloads/ditty-rss-ticker/

This could also include the RSS feed from the site it is installed on (you’d need to add the full rss url).

If you need more control over which posts are shown or how they are displayed (for the posts on your site) there is also a paid Posts extension that gives more flexibility than than the RSS extension (but this will not allow you to pull data/feeds from other sites) https://www.metaphorcreations.com/downloads/ditty-posts-ticker/
