Combine Courses

I would like to combine existing courses into a comprehensive course. How can I do this?

I know that I can duplicate lessons, but this would mean that I would have to duplicate hundreds of individual lessons to make the course.

Also, I would like to create review tests, so how can I combine previously used quiz questions from multiple quizes?
