    Hello Need4WPspeed

Thank you – the difficult thing to do was get the Isotope script and jQuerymobile scripts to play nice with each other, but after a lot of work we found a way to do that and the result is a beautiful sort and filter in mobiles.

Re the use of the Isotope combination filters we have not done anything with that because we did not see a need for it in the a3 Portfolio plugin.

When you say you really need this function can you expand a bit on how you’d use that with your a3 Portfolio install.I mean what are the additonal filters that you need from the nav bar – bare in mind that the Nav bar is created from the Portfolio Categories so any combination filter would have to be Category based.

Look forward to your reply – Steve

    Thank you for your response.

mmmm, that complicates things. Essentially was looking for a conditional filter for custom taxonomies or more specifically woocommerce attributes.
If this is not possible, entering backend conditional options manually. eg: Row 1 option b might trigger Row 2 option c which might trigger Row 3 option d.
I will have a play and see if I can find a workaround unless you happen to have above specs stashed away in your virtual filing cabinet?
    Thank you once more.

    Hello Need4WPspeed,

I am pretty sure that you will not be able to configure the Isotope Sort and Filter to apply to WooCommerce for WooCommerce custom tax or Attributes, as the isoptope feature applies to a3 Portfolio which are custom WordPress categories.

Having said that we plan on incorporating isotope sort and filter into some of our Premium WooCommerce plugins over the coming months.

The best way to get notifications of our new plugins or when we do add new features to an existing plugin is to follow a3rev on facebook – do that and you will know instantly via the feed when there is something new.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or need clarification on anything I have written above.

If not would you mind marking this topic as resolved. Thank you

    Steve and the a3rev team
