.com vs .org site – domains are getting mixed up

  • I created a premium .com site yesterday without knowing I had to do .org. I refunded it today, but kept the registered domain. I got my .org site with hosting all set up, but now when I go to my site (www.thinkdevelopment.com), it brings me back to the .com site. I pointed my name servers towards my host (dreamhost) but whenever I try to go to my admin panel, it always just brings me back to the .com.

    also fyi, I recently tried transferring my domain registration to dreamhost…even though i registered it yesterday.

    Also, you might consider paying a little extra for domain privacy at your host if you want your registration’s personal info hidden from public view.

    also fyi, I recently tried transferring my domain registration to dreamhost…even though i registered it yesterday.

    As I recall, I had to wait 90 days before being able to transfer a .com domain registration.
