Columns on Category Pages

I really like the pinboard theme, because you can accomplish great websites by using it. There is just one thing that I never understood:

Within the theme options I have selected 4 content collums:

On my Blog page (template: blog) I have 2 columns and a sidebar : https://www.geschichte-lernen.net/neueste-beitraege

I would like to have that on my category pages the same way, but there I get 3 content collumns and the sidebar: https://www.geschichte-lernen.net/category/mittelalterliche-geschichte/

I have allready selected 2 Boxes Sidebar Columns, but it still doesnt work. Is there a way to get 2 collumns and the sidebar on category pages too?

I know I can select 3 content collumns and it would work, but then the content area is to small (2 columns wide and the sidebar, which I find too narrow)
