Columns of text on a page

  • Hi
    I want to be able to add two lists of items on one page.
    The tab key doesn’t seem to work on the page.
    I did copy and paste the two columns from a spreadsheet but the frame copies also and it is spreadout across the page. This is how I want the page to look-

    First Row First row
    Second Row Second row

    I can put spaces in between the words but the second column doesn’t line up once its published.
