Columns not working for dropdown field

Hi,

I’m creating a simple contact form and using the columns. The dropdown field for “State” is not working with columns. If I look on devtools I see this when I hoover over the dropdown field and look at the styles section: The Display: block property on the parent element is prevents flex from having an effect. Try setting the display: block property on the parent to display: flex.

If I could up load a screenshot it would be easier to explain.

So what happens is I do not get “columns” on my form.
