Columns not working

    Hi, have tried the new columns setting, cols=2, on the free version, it is not greyed out, not labelled as Pro, but has no effect. Currently set to maximum width 100%/500px.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. When we view the page we are seeing the official Facebook page plugin being used and not our plugin. The feed from our plugin can be added to the page by placing the following shortcode where you want the feed displayed:

    [custom-facebook-feed]

    Can you try adding the shortcode to see if the feed displays as expected with the columns feature?
