Columns not displaying correctly on larger desktop screens

I have this gallery set to 3 columns for the normal desktop view, 2 for tablet, and 1 for mobile. The number of columns displaying is correct on my 15″ laptop, but when I view on my 21″ desktop, it is showing me 2 columns, instead of the 3. It goes back to 3 columns when I decrease the window slightly, but in full 21″ desktop window, it is displaying as 2 columns.

Cache has been cleared and deleted for the website and browser and is still displaying incorrectly, even on 15″ laptop desktop screen for the website above and this website in the logo tab:
