Yes, your theme might override styles of plugin. I can see there is used image now instead of timetable. Could you create some page with timetable and send a link to view the timetable?

Thank you for notifying me. It looks like you have added TimeTable widget that shows upcoming/ongoing events.
In order to add a timetable with columns you should add shortcode to content area. Please refer to Timetable documentation.
