Columns in Open/Closed Tickets List

I have a few different departments for my tickets but when I view the lisr of tickets in the open or closed ticket screen, the departments aren’t displayed in the columns. I would like to make the departments displayed here
right now it shows
Ticket Status User Last ReplyId like it to be
departments Ticket Status User Last Replyand I would like to change the word departments to the word “Subject” if possible
Can you help me please?
