• I haven’t made any changes to my site in at least 5 days. I logged in today and saw that columns were all stacking on the left side. I updated the Bold Builder plugin and the issue did not resolve. I have a page on this site with a 4 column layout, and they’re all pushed to the left with a huge amount of white space on the right. Did something change?

I even tried to roll back the homepage to a version from last week, but that didn’t seem to fix it. My client is going to be furious–I need to fix this quickly!

I’ve viewed it in Chrome and Safari, but it displays incorrectly in both browsers.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • @erikaguess Revert back to bold builder 4.9.1

I had exactly the same issues. Even with the very latest version on mobile my website was still broken. There was no margin anymore between content and the screen edges. I will be waiting for a later version.

edit: if you still have premium support for your theme you could directly open a ticket with Bold Themes: BoldThemes (ticksy.com)

    Same here.
Had to downgrade to version 4.9.1 to get it working correctly.
It certainly has to do something with the notice:
IMPORTANT!?This version of Bold Builder may cause layout issues with older theme versions. Please ensure that your theme is updated to the latest version.

I updated the theme but i have issues with my custom page templates that had bold builder generated html inside…

I also gave the newest version a try and as soon as WP-Rocket caches the page the whole layout is broken. I do update everything so also my theme is on the latest version.

Notice related to Bold Page Builder update to version 4.9.x

    Hello!

If you are experiencing issues with page layouts on your site after Bold Page Builder update to version 4.9.x make sure to update your theme and all packaged plugins to their latest versions.
Theme and plugin updates should resolve the layout issues.

You can use one of the following methods to update the theme: https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/article/7123/

If you choose to do it manually, using FTP, make sure to delete all old theme files as some of them are removed in the latest versions of the theme and they may create conflicts if left on the server.

Of course, remember to clear your server cache if any.

@boldthemes I did all that. It looks ok for a while but once the page is processed by WP-Rocket the layout brakes. Something is still wrong.

    Hi,

If it gets corrupted by WP-Rocket, it means that WP-Rocket is serving the old (cached) CSS/JS files – try purging the entire WP-Rocket cache – not only page content, but minified and combined CSS/JS files as well.

@boldthemes at first glance it does indeed seems solved now. Using v5.0
