    Hi,

I can’t get the GUID-field as a column into my post-sheet. Is this a feature, because in general GUIDs shouldn’t be changed, or a bug?

    Best regards

    Chris

    Hi Chris.

Yes, that’s correct, we don’t have a GUID column by default because actually almost no one needs to edit that.

However, I don’t know if you use our premium plugin, but our premium plugin has the option to create columns. So you could go to wp-admin > WP Sheet Editor > custom columns, and create it manually. We can provide further assistance through our official support channel on our website, since we can’t provide tech support for premium features here.

    Hi,

OK, thanks for the information. To create a custom column is not working, I’ve tried this first. Don’t know why, but the Plugin is setting “Guid” for the key instead of “guid”, but I will check this the way you suggested…

    Best regards

    Hi,

to finish this: it’s possible to edit the guid-field with Sheet Editor Pro, if the field “Data Source” (under “Advanced mode” on the top of the site – not at the bottom with the other advanced fields!) is set to “Post data”.

Thanks to the “official support channel” – great support!!

    Best regards

    Chris
