    You can use this CSS code snippet below to make it the columns the same width:

    .column-1, .column-1_1, .column-2_2, .column-3_3, .column-4_4, .column-5_5, .column-6_6, .column-7_7, .column-8_8, .column-9_9, .column-10_10, .column-11_11, .column-12_12{
    width:33%;
    }

    You should add the CSS code in the Custom CSS box under Design tab in the Edit Pricing Table page.
