It sounds like you’re on a page like https://wp.localhost/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=testimonials-widget. Is that correct?

If so, then you might consider clicking on Screen Options in the top right corner and deselecting the number of columns shown. The problem is that there’s too much information shown.

Column ordering would need to be changed in the software. So effectively, no ordering change. However, I’m open to suggestions and can change, but it’ll affect everybody.

On line height, you’ll probably need to add some admin orientated CSS to your theme to do so.
