I built a site for a client last year and he called to tell me the main menu (below the header slideshow) does not look right. I checked it out and cannot seem to figure out why the styling is now based on 6 columns and the hover color change is not in effect. It was working fine before the last WP update, with two columns of menu options and a small photo (however, not as small as it is appearing now). Any suggestions?

I fixed the hover, but am not figuring out where this 6-column CSS came into play. Thanks!

    Hi shannandpowell,

The menus have always been 6 columns – they used to be fixed at 6 columns but since quite a long time ago you could alter the number. I’m not sure why they would ever have been displaying as 2 columns, maybe it was a bug which has since been fixed and now they’re displaying in 6 columns like the should always have done(?)

You’ll need to open the mega menu settings for each top level menu item and set each panel to have 2 columns (drop down at the top right)

    Regards,
    Tom

Thanks, Tom. That worked perfectly, and I learned something new. Thank you for the outstanding support and for this great plug-in, which is so versatile and a great solution for handling navigation.
