Column Filter + Inverted Filter

    Hi, I want to combine the Column Filter and Inverted Filter Extension functions so that I can
    -search by column
    -and hide the data until the user starts typing

    The Column Filter Extension works well, but if I add the Inverted Filter, it doesn’t work because it will also hide the row that has the column filter searching. Is there a way to only display the row that has the column searching feature?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    I see what you mean, but unfortunately, I haven’t yet seen a direct solution for this ?? You will likely need custom code based on the API functions of the external DataTables JavaScript library for this.
