colspan overwritten by google sheet import

    Hi,
    My tables are working just fine, importing from google sheets and updating every 15 mins except for one.
    The source has some text running through several cells and whatever I do to merge the cells in the source, the COLSPAN i set up in the table gets overwritten when the table import is updated, so the table layout on mu page gets distorted.
    How can I resolve this?

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    The reason for this is that TablePress can not import merged cells. You will need to use the #colspan# command as regular text in the Google Spreadsheet, just as you use it in TablePress directly.
