Colours not pulling through

Hi,

I have recently purchased the pro content for EmpowerWP so that I can change all the colours to align with my brand.

Whilst within the customiser, the colours appear as desired; all pages are published; however when I preview the site live, only some of the colours have changed.

How do I fix this please?
