    Hi, if deactivating the plugins does not help, it means it is your theme injecting something in our pages. Even the layout of the control is wrong.

    Are you using a free theme from the WP repository so I can check it? Or we need to set up a session so I can check with a debugger.

    No, I use a premium theme from ThemeEverest. I have tested it with Twenty-Twenty, Twenty-Twenty-One and Twenty-Twenty-Three. It does not bring any change. And after yesterday’s update, a new error has been added. If I click on the newsletter dashboard in the WP menu, nothing can be clicked on in the dashboard.

    I also have the same issue on the Newsletter dashboard : since I upgraded to the latest version (7.8.6) most of the links or menu items on the dashboard page cannot be clicked on. For instance, on the top menu (Subscribers, Subscriptions,Newsletters, Settings…), only the first sub-menu (Subscribers) is accessible : all other sub-menus cannot even be displayed.

    I’m afraid I’ve just been bitten by this bug as well (Dashboard: Form, Lists, Delivery, Company Info all non-clickable). All was fine until this last update.

    Hi, could you try to force the page reload using CTRL-F5? I wonder is they’re stale files cached in the browser.

    Hi, I confirm, links are there but not working. We’re checking them right now. Until we can provide a fix, you can access the functionalities directly from the specific panels. Thank you!
