Colors settings ‘tab’ is blank

    I have the theme installed and it’s working ok. I’d like to change the font color. If I click ‘colors’ within the theme customization panel, that whole colors panel is blank.

    Try to follow the below steps and check it fixes the issue or not.

    1. Update PHP version if it is not PHP7
    2. Disable all plugins except Ocean Extra and check it works or not
    3. Update all the plugins and theme to the latest version

    Activating the Ocean Extra plugin breaks other functionality on my site. If I temporarily activate it and go back to customize my theme, the colors panel is gone altogether and I didn’t see a place to change the font color. I deactivated it and used custom css instead. Thank you!

    That’s odd. Have you checked the above settings?
