Colors do not change / how to embed list / change the order of the view?

Thank you for your patience. I have reviewed and addressed the issues you reported. The latest version, 1.0.3, is now available. Please deactivate the plugin, update to the new version, and then reactivate the plugin.

1. Archive Page Color Issue Resolved: The color issue on the archive page has been fixed.
2. New Shortcode Feature: A new shortcode tabs has been added to the settings page. You can now use this shortcode on any page.
3. Updated Translation Files: The translation .pot file has been updated. You can now translate the strings into your preferred language.
4. Newsletter Template Update: The newsletter template now sorts items in descending order.

I noticed a few more things.

1. When I change the view, it automatically creates additional entries to match the selected view. This makes my first uploaded entries ineffective and they no longer have a URL. These duplicate entries are then also shown in the list.

2. Although I can specify a primary and secondary color, the text color for the hover effect of the button is always in “Dark color”. It would make more sense to have separate color fields for the buttons. Then I could also give the buttons a hover effect in color.

3. If I use the shortcode, it would be good if the name of the plugin is not displayed.

4. Not all words in the plugin can be translated. For example, the word “Read” is missing as a single word.

5. It would be great if I have included the shortcode, the URL would not be that of the plugin, but of the website.

Thank you for your patience. We’ve reviewed and addressed the issues as follows:

1. Demo Content Issue: The demo content was installed upon plugin activation. Please delete this demo content from the backend. To resolve this, update the plugin to the latest version without needing to reactivate it. Additionally, please re-upload the file for each post to ensure everything is properly set up.
2. Button Hover Effect Customization: We acknowledge your request for a dedicated hover button setting. For now, the hover effect will utilize the default primary color and switch to the secondary color on hover. We plan to introduce separate hover effect settings in a future update for more precise customization.
3. Removing Plugin Name from Archive Title: To remove the plugin name from the archive title, navigate to the ‘Archive Title’ settings and leave the field empty. This will ensure that the plugin name does not appear in the archive title.
4. Translation Updates: We have updated the translations to include the terms for the “Download” and “Read” buttons. All text should now be fully translatable.
5. Future Fixes: We are aware that certain issues are still outstanding and plan to address them in future updates. We are actively working on these improvements and will keep you informed about their progress.
6. Custom CSS: For now, you can add custom CSS through the WordPress Customizer to style the plugin elements. We plan to integrate custom CSS functionality directly into the plugin in a future release to provide a more seamless experience.

New Version Release: We’re excited to announce that version 1.0.4 of the plugin is now available. Please update to this latest version to benefit from these fixes and improvements.

A great feature would also be, if you have a PDF open, that there would be an additional button with “back to list” or “back to overview”. Not everyone scrolls to the bottom and then you always have to go back to the overview via the menu.

Thanks, that’s great, but it doesn’t jump to my page where I integrated the shortcode, but to the overview from the plugin. That’s not very useful. ?????♂??????♂?

Will you be adding the option to set separate colours for the buttons?
