Sure – if you view your WordPress.com browser’s source, look for this tag and you’ll find the CSS that outputs your current palette:

One last question, what about fonts? I’m pretty happy with the ones by default but since it’s another option that doesn’t make part of the self-hosted version of your theme, it could be helpful.

You can add new fonts to a self-hosted site using a Google Fonts plugin:

You can then use custom CSS to target different elements on your site to apply the new font.
