ColorMag Theme category page shows page not found

Have you listed the Categories that include your posts in the menu?
You can once go to the Customixer-> Menus-> Primary and see if the different items added are Categories and not Pages. You can see this for reference: https://prnt.sc/uloysm

Hi, Yes, I have added the categories in the menu and not pages. And its not only about the menu, as when I click on the category link anywhere on the site, either below the post title or on the front page of the site, it shows ‘page not found’.

Do the categories listed contain any posts under it? If yes you can go to your Dashboard-> Settings -> Permalinks and simply click on save changes after scrolling down. Let me know if this helps!

Hi, I appreciate your help in this but I’m sorry it can’t resolve my issue. Of course, I have more than 200 posts in various categories on my site. And I click “save changes” in the permalinks setting but my problem still exists. Expecting a helpful reply.

Hi, the issue has been fixed, it was occurring due to a plugin. Thanks for your help. Also, is there a way to remove my website’s link from the question?
