Just tested this on my end on a test website and the form should only be filled in once.
There seems to be an issue from your end.

I have heard back from mailchimp and say not to use two forms, so how can I make the colorlib form populate a list in Mailchimp? If it can’t be done – where do the filled forms go to? I could not see anywhere I could set an email address for receipt of the sign up forms.

The form is working, but you have to enter your details on two different screens. I am sure I have entered in the form action URL correctly, so could you look at what else is wrong please?

Hi, I think I’m experiencing the same problem as you were – i.e. having to submit the form twice (goes from site to mailchimp page). Can you share how you resolved this? thanks!
