color/format of header

My website is: iphonebuybacks.com

I would like to get the above link to have a full yellow header that spans across the whole page similar to this website.

My goal is to try to change the following:
1. Make the gray blocks uniform with the header (turn gray into yellow)
2. Change the orange middle bar to yellow as well
3. Either make the page links smaller so it doesn’t overlap the iphone pictures or make the header extend lower on the page to allow for more space.

Any information would be greatly apprecitated.
