Color picker in options tree – how to make it work?

Hi, I am using options tree and em completely new to it, i am building a theme and was able to add the upload logo function to the theme using the ui builder…
suppose i have the css :
a{
color:#456;
}I want to change it’s color with the color picker in options tree, the color picker id is “a-color”
how can i do this?
