Color option issue

    Header text color changes color for both site title and tagline in Customizer. But after saving changes, color is only applied to site tagline.
    Also, another issue: There is PHP notice in fresh installation.
    Notice: Undefined variable: min in /var/www/sites/public_html/wp-content/themes/foto-blog/functions.php on line 83
