Color of Left Column

Hi,

I’d like to change the color of the left column, but don’t know which option that is. I go to “styling” but nothing there stands out.

I would just change them and change back to the colors I want, but I like the default and if I change it, it doesn’t tell me what color it was and so it’s hard to go back.
