    I would like to know if there’s a way to customize the color of the inventory pages such as item title color, the price block color, etc.

    I have used some css to customize some of it, but was wondering if there was an easier way?

    You need to use custom CSS for changing colors. We will try to include such kind of changes like “theme options” in the future updates of the plugin.
