Color changes and other issues

Hello
I have the seos business theme installed and I would like to be able to change the color of some areas where I do not see that option. Im assuming i would need to add some code.

I would like to change the color of the text and maybe the background of that floater box hovering over the main page photo. I can change the color of some of the other title colors like the business name but i do not see an option to change the color of other text. I would also like for it to be able to go to the contact page when clicked on.

The other text I would like to be able to change is the titles when you click and go to that particular page. Right now its blue but I never selected a color. Also the actual text is blue as well. I can get it black but have to not select a “Heading font.” I tried to look through the code but can not find where this would be and even if I did I know once it updates it would just revert to the original code.

Also where the little sub heading is under the business name….how can i change the font size. Looks to small compared to the heading size.
