    After reviewing the screenshot you shared, it seems that you are not using any page builder plugin on your website.

    The previous screenshot I provided was of an Elementor widget. Since you are not using the Elementor page builder, that’s why you didn’t get the options.

    Don’t worry, you can still utilize the plugin and showcase a wonderful team member section using the shortcode option offered by the plugin.
