Collision of “Disable title” and “Page List” plugins

    I have two plugins installed, of which both do a perfect job. Exactly what I need. However, the problem is that when I activate “Disable title” plugin the “exclude” function in “Page List” stops working.

    Details:
    I would like to disable visibility of Page Titles in Categories.
    I have a page where I want to see all the pages within a category, but I do not want the titles of the pages to be visible. Disable Title plugin works like a charm – makes titles invisible just for categories. The titles stay visible on pages and so on.
    Then I have a page created using the Page List shortcode – listing pages. But I do not want to list all the pages of the webpage – I want to exclude some. The plugin has an exclusion function, which works great. As long as the Disable Title plugin is deactivated. When I activate it the shortcode displays the pages, but the exclude argument does not exclude anything.

    So for now it is one plugin or another. But I need both at the same time…

    Could you please advise me on what to do to make this work? Where the problem could be? Or suggest some alternatives to the plugins that would do the same job without colliding with each other?
