collector doesn’t have me2 active

    Hi, Mercado Envios was working fine for almost 2 years, but suddenly =transactions are not finished when mercado envios is selected as the shipping option to go. When the customer finish filling all the address fields and click on place order, the iframe of mercado pago is not showing, instead an error is displayed and the order number is created but the payment iframe of mercado pago is never showed. I checked the log and find that the error says “collector doesn’t have me2 active” I checked my mercado pago account and Mercado Envios is active. here is an example of my log file. also my mercado pago account is from Mexico if that is something to have in mind.

    I have tryed everything, from disable all the plugins with the exception of woocommerce and mercado pago, to downgrade wordpress, woocommerce and even doing a restore back up when I know the part of Mercado Envios worked properly. A litte help or advice would be nice.
