• Hello – I’ve synced my shopify account with my wordpress site. Single products show up fine. When I go to /collections I see my shopify collections, but when I click on one of them the collection page is empty and says “No collections left to show”. When I sync products, it syncs successfully but mentions that “No smart collections were found”.

    Any insights into what might be awry? I’ve gone through all troubleshooting I could find and searched this whole support section.

    Within the WordPress backend, do you see any of your collections listed here?

    WP Shopify - Collections

    If not, that’s the issue. One reason why they might not be coming over during the sync is because they’re not assigned to the WP Shopify sales channel inside Shopify. You can check this by opening a collection (inside Shopify) and looking at the “Collection availability” section. You’ll want to ensure you’ve selected the custom sales channel you created during initial setup. Then resync again.

    Thanks for the response. The collections are listed under “WP Shopfy – Collections”, and the products and collections are all assigned to WP Shopify as well. They display on the “collections” page and using the shortcode, but when I click on them no products are displayed.

    I just did – it doesn’t appear to have changed anything.

    I’d buy the premium version if that would resolve this issue – but if it wouldn’t, it would be of no use to me. This is a bottleneck in a time-sensitive project and I’d love to resolve this ASAP.
