• This is a fresh install of WordPress 5.4.2. The first thing I did was install WP Shopify to test it out – no theme, no other plugins, minimal settings changes.

    I synced the products and collections from Shopify – only about 40 of the 6k+ products in Shopify are enabled within Shopify for the new sales channel created for the WP Shopify app to connect but WP Shopify still syncs over all products in Shopify.

    Looking at the collections in the front-end, if I click on any of the products in a collection to go to the product page, the url and breadcrumbs are correct for the product clicked on, but the product information like title, price, description, buy button etc is always the same product (the first product alphabetically in Shopify), regardless of which product clicked on.

    This is my second attempt at installing WP Shopify – the first go was a fresh install of WordPress as a multisite setup – but I had the same issue and presumed it was linked to multisite settings and domain redirects etc. so I started again from scratch without using multisite.

    I also tried to add a product shortcode [wps_products] to the bottom WordPress sample page and I just get “No products left to show” message – even without specifying any parameters.

    I have Default Pages enabled – I have Product Default pages enabled and linking to WordPress pages. All Shopify products are listed in the product section of WP Shopify.

    No errors have been logged in the error.log.

    I can’t see other people having this issue – and certainly the second time around I haven’t done anything unusual within WordPress.

    Hello, Apologies for not replying – I didn’t get a notification of your message and assumed there was no reply. I thought I would check back in here when I saw you released a new version only to see you had replied!

    I have wiped it all to start over, this time using Shopify buttons – but this could still be an option if it works. I don’t have a download of the plugin I used to see what version as I installed it straight from the WP plugins page – but presumably it would have been the version before the one you just released – which looks like it would have been 3.1.1.

    I can reinstall on a new test site if needed – or at least the latest version.
