Collection Card Payment Twice

Hi there,
We’ve set up the plugin with Woocommerce and for some reason, it requests the payment card twice to be able to process the order. This looks to customers that you are paying twice for the same thing!Would someone please advise whether this is a bug or something that can be sorted on the plugin’s setting?
I have also contacted the SagePay support team in this regard.
