Collecting Customer Input

  • Hi,

    In the documentation, you say : Sometimes you may need to collect input from your customer for a particular product (eg. to engrave something). Simply check the “Collect Customer Input” option for that product and it will allow the customer to enter some text similar to the following.

    Where is this option ? I can’t find anything in the settings or anything else…

    I’ve successfully used the “var1” and “var2” shortcode options to create drop-downs. However, how can I get user-defined text via a text-box? In addition to a few drop-downs, I would like to have three (3) text boxes.
