Collect subscriber name and email

    Looking to move from another Newsletter plugin. Some initial questions:

    1. Is it possible to configure your widget so that it collects both the subscribers Name and Email.

    2. When I import my subscriber list CSVs from another plugin, will Jackman reconise the NAME data?
