Collect political membership dues

  • Recently asked to add a page that will allow people to join our organization and pay their yearly dues. Being a political site I have to collect Name, Address, Occupation, Company Name and Address.

    After collecting that info I want to offer a few different levels of membership along with using Paypal to collect the dues.

    Any suggestions on a plugin that will capture the needed info and then allow me to view and print the info?
