Collect data from form and reminders via mail

hello there,
I need to get this task done, for one of my website i’m building.users can register from the site and there should be the ability to upload am image when they register(i found this is hard with WordPress normal registration way lets say an admin can create a user profile after all the data got submitted through a form(NINJA FORMA OR GRAVITY FORMS).this registration is only valid for one year.and i need to automatically send both parties(user and admin) a reminder when their registration expiration date reached!.Is their any way to achieve this inside WordPress??
