Collect custom client info before PayPal

Hi,

Before I install I need a product that offers the option to collect customer info before being sent to checkout with Paypal.

Eg sell magazine gift subscriptions and need somewhere to enter the recipients name and address as well as the purchaser.

Is the possible to collect before going to PayPal?
