Collect and send PHP logs

Could you please clarify if this error:

PHP message: PHP Warning: is_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect

is related to our plugin or not?

Try changing some other option of our plugin together with the “Collect and send PHP logs” option and save. If after some time both options return to the previous state, then most likely the cache is interfering.

I believe it is related to the plugin — I’ve deactivated a few settings and they do seem to save okay. But I’m still getting this error in the logs — what’s odd is that part of the error log is: public/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www/www) is not within the allowed path(s)

It’s impossible to say anything about that part. Could you send us the full error log? Under what conditions (after what actions) do these errors appear in the log?

We found a bug in saving the “Collect and send PHP logs” option and fixed it. The edits are contained in the fix version and will be included in the next plugin release: https://github.com/CleanTalk/security-malware-firewall/releases/download/fix-version/security-malware-firewall.zip.
