Collation issue with 2.7

  • I keep getting error that start with this:

    WordPress database error: [Illegal mix of collations (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_general_ci,COERCIBLE

    There are a whole bunch of them. I tried to change the collation settings in phpmyadmin but it wouldn’t change them.

    Did you get a fix for this? My Blog disappeared two days ago and I’m getting that same erroe-illegal mix of collations
