Collapsing Categories on WooCommerce not displaying

Hi,
I use WooCommerce and because of the large number of sub-categories I need this plugin, but it doesn’t seem to work.
I installed it, set up the Taxonomy type: product_cat
and Post type: product. Save it, but the widget doesn’t display any results.Can someone give me a solution?
