Collapsed widget area shows incorrect hover icon

    On Appearance -> Widgets, if you have more than one widget area then the collapsed areas show a collapse icon (up arrow) when you hover over them instead of an expand icon (down arrow).

    Looks like it needs an extra rule for widgets-holder-wrap divs with the closed class name.
